Adult Signature Fee: In accordance with local jurisdiction and laws, certain states requires the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. This delivery service requires an additional charge and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process with a flat fee charged to residents of the following U.S. States: Massachusetts and New York.

DISCREET PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Here at Vape4Ever, we understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discretion.  Everything we ship will be through plain packaging bag, nothing to mark vape or e-liquid.  Our shipping labels do not say Vape4Ever, and we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.

As such, our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes (Either a plain brown box or a USPS priority mail box).  Our packages ship discretely - no mention of "Vape4Ever" on the packaging.

However, "Vape4ever.com" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Vape4Ever reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.

We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

INFORM&TRACKING MESSAGE

After you complete the order, we will send you a confirmation email. If the information is correctly , the product will be processed and shipped. After the stuff are shipped, the shipment information will be mailed to you. It may be delivered to your spam folder sometimes.Please pay attention .

WHEN WILL ORDER BE SHIPPED

We aim within 24 hours of ordering but processing times may vary, especially during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not ship at the weekend or public holidays.

OUT OF STOCK

If the product has been out of stock, we will promptly notify you by e-mail. During this process, it may take a long time to process order. And the delivery time may get delayed.

CANCEL THE ORDER

If you need to cancel the order or change the address information, please inform us as soon as possible. We not be able to cancel the order or change your address. When the order has been processed or shipped to the USPS by the warehouses.

We suggest you refuse delivery of the package, If you still want to cancel the order.  The package will return to our warehouse automatically. However, we will deduct 12% of the order amount as the processing fee. If you are willing to convert refund to Vape4Ever store credit, we will not charge any additional fees

THE PACKAGE GET LOST

When the package are lost in transit, we will provide you with a refund or reship the stuff without extra charges. The tracking information always gets a delay. And the package usually takes 5-10 working days to deliver. If the package is still within the predicted time range, please wait patiently or communicate directly with Shipment Carrier.

Please contact us if you have any problem with the package before you sign. We will deal with the problems you reflect as soon as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If your address is wrong or some important information is missing, the package will not be delivered successfully and it will be returned to the warehouse. We can reship the package with a correct address. Or we will deduct the order amount of 12% as the handling fee and issue the remaining refund to you.

RESEND THE ITEM

You will have to re-pay for the logistics, if you request us to resend the package which is returned by the reason of wrong address.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

We do not make any compensate or resend the product, when the tracking message shows that the package has been delivered. In this case, You can ask your neighbor or search around the mailbox or call the shipment carrier. 

Because of the uncertainty of USPS , tracking information may be delayed, if your shipment information not updates timely , please wait for a few days patiently. The package usually takes 5-10 working days to deliver. If there is still no update after 8-10 days, please contact us. Or call USPS to get in touch.
