THE USPS WORKING DAY
Our order will be processed and issued within 18 hours of working days. The working days are from Monday to Friday (except holidays).
The working hours of USPS are from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Therefore, the order on Friday will be closed after 12:00 noon US Eastern Time, and the subsequent orders will be postponed to the next working day.
OUT OF STOCK
If the product has been out of stock, we will promptly notify you by e-mail. During this process, it may take a long time to process order. And the delivery time may get delayed.
CANCEL THE ORDER
If you need to cancel the order or change the address information, please inform us as soon as possible. We not be able to cancel the order or change your address. When the order has been issued and delivered to the USPS.
We suggest you refuse delivery of the package, If you still want to cancel the order. The package will return to our warehouse automatically. However, we will deduct 12% of the order amount as the processing fee.
THE PACKAGE GET LOST
When the goods are lost in transit, we will provide you with a refund or reissue goods without extra charges.
Please contact us if you have any problem with the package before you sign . We will deal with the problems you reflect as soon as possible.
If your address is wrong or some important information is missing, the package will not be delivered successfully and the parcel will be returned to the warehouse. We will deduct the order amount of 12% as the handling fee and refund the remaining money to you.
RESEND THE ITEM
You will have to re-pay for the logistics, if you request us to resend the parcel which is returned by the reason of wrong address.
NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM
We do not make any compensate or resend the product, when the tracking message shows that the package has been arrived. In this case, You can ask your neighbor or search around the mailbox or call USPS.
