35 Day Returns Policy:
1.Acceptable reasons of returns: DOA(Dead On Arrival), incorrect item, buyer's remorse, delivery by wrong address or compatibility between items.
2.Our store will cover the return shipping cost to you by USPS first class mail or by flat rate priority padded envelope. Exclude the reason of buyer's remorse, delivery by wrong address or compatibility between items.
3.Please contact us (Vape4ever Customer Service Team) within 72 hours upon receiving your package if you need to return the item above these reasons.
We must told you that your order will be considered as correctly closed without any issues if no attempt has been made to contact us within 72 hours.
4.We may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or incorrect merchandise (included shipping label and bar code) prior to sending the items back.
5.After we accept the request of returns. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by the E-Mail. You must ship the item within 15 days upon receiving the RMA number.
6.We will process the replacement or refund after receiving the returns item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take several days depending on the merchant provider and credit card issuer.
DOA(Dead On Arrival), incorrect items:
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. Once you get any of above problems, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Our customer care team will solve your problem within 48 hours. If the package is considered as DOA or incorrect, we will covered all your shipping fee.
Buyer's Remorse, delivery by wrong address, compatibility between items:
We accept these three reasons of returns or refunds. However, we will not accept the item that are not defective but are opened or used, it must be complete and resalable. We will not cover the shipping label, and buyer need to pay for the shipping fee of returns. You have to know that a 12% restocking fee will be subject by these situations.

Make sure that the shipping address you offer to us is 100% correct after you placing the order. And we are not responsible for lost or stolen after the delivery.
100 Day Warranty Policy:
1.Warranty must be manufacturing defects only, and we only accept the proof of video. (How to shoot a video of the defect item?)
2.If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us within 100 days. You will need to offer the Full Name, E-mail, Order Number, and Type Of Defect.
3.Please note that we may email you with troubleshooting steps before asking for a proof of video on the defective stuff.
4.Once the product is deemed to be a manufacturing defect by our team. We will cover the return shipping cost to you by USPS first class mail or by flat rate priority padded envelope.
5.You will receive an RMA by the E-Mail. You must ship the item within 15 days upon receiving the RMA number. And you are then responsible for carefully packaging the item and using the provided label to ship the item back to us.
6.We will process the replacement or refund after receiving the return item. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment used.
